2018 Cutting Edge Research Grants will be accepted March 1 - July 9, 2018. Up to $100,000 in grants will be awarded in amounts up to $20,000 per recipient in order to stimulate a broad scope of research relevant to dermatologic surgeons and the dermatology specialty at large. Awards will be announced at the ASDS Annual Meeting, Oct. 11 - 14, 2018, in Phoenix.

From life-saving vaccines to sustainable energy development, science is making the world better for everyone. We know that jobs in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) are the jobs of tomorrow, but today, women only make up 24 percent of STEM workers in the United States, only 14 percent of the country’s engineers and 27 percent of computer science professionals. Without appropriate female representation, the potential STEM innovations of tomorrow will be missing half of the talent in our world.

The Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation is accepting Letters of Intent for its 2019 Beckman Young Investigator grant program.

Effective September 2017, the Surgery Investigator Studies Program (MISP) Committee will accept proposals within our current areas of interest (AOI) as noted below. The research endowment has been made possible by charitable funds and individual donations derived from the annual campaign, specifically targeted for research.
