Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center - Gynecological Brunschwig Rotating Residency

The Brunschwig Rotating Resident Program provides one month intensive clinical and academic experience in gynecologic oncology for obstetrics and gynecology residents.

Under the supervision of one or more attending faculty from the Gynecology Service, each resident works on the service as an assigned member of a team consisting of a gynecologic oncology or surgical oncology fellow.

Surgical Infection Society - Junior Faculty Basic or Translational Research Training Fellowship

The purpose of this fellowship is to provide the opportunity for a resident or fellow in a surgical discipline to spend one year full-time receiving training in the design, conduct, and interpretation of basic or translational research in the laboratory of a member of the Surgical Infection Society, and to foster interest in surgical infections as a career focus. Applications in this category will not be eligible for consideration in other award categories.

The purpose of the annual program is to stimulate original resident research in otolaryngology that is well-conceived, scientifically valid, and has the potential to advance otolaryngology. 

Cure Starts Now Foundation - Research Grant

The Cure Starts Now Foundation (CSN) is an IRS 501C non-profit charity dedicated to educating, aiding and funding the search for a cure for brainstem glioma and other forms of pediatric brain cancer in the hopes of curing all cancers.

The Foundation seeks to fund research investigating cures for pediatric brain cancers with a focus on Diffuse Intrinsic Brainstem Glioma (DIPG). Our focus is to support translational and clinical research projects in those areas.

Children's Heart Foundation (CHF) /American Heart Association (AHA) - Congenital Heart Defect Research Awards

The CHF supports clinical and basic science research in congenital heart disease, including, but not limited to the following areas: molecular genetics, biochemistry, pharmacology, devices and procedural research (cardiac catheterization and surgery), and long-term care of adults with congenital birth defects.

The Children’s Heart Foundation calls upon all investigators to submit research proposals with a particular focus on clinical cardiology, basic science as well as the advancement of surgical techniques.
