1 - How do I get set up to access the machines?
- Select the Request Access button (on one of the machines), complete the information requested and submit
- You will receive an email message from Customer Service with your username and password within 48 hours
2 - To sign in without an access badge:
- Select Access without a badge and enter your username and password
3 - How do I Get an Access Badge?
4 - How do I Activate my Supply Center badge?
- Sign in to thermofisher.com
- Go to Supply Center Settings under Your Account
- Enter your unique access badge number
- You can now use your badge to access the Supply Center
5 - Which payment method should I use to make my purchases?
- We strongly recommend using your current LOC for Life Technologies.
- You can also have your badge directly linked to your Fund/WBS account number.
- If you don’t have a LOC set up for Life Technologies or you anticipate using the Supply Center on a regular basis, you should set up a LOC for use with the Supply Center.
- You can make modifications to your payment/cost center under Your Account at thermofisher.com
6 - Can I use my PCard with the Supply Center?
- We are only able to link your LOC/Fund/WBS number to your access badge
7 - How do I make a Purchase at the Supply Center?
Swipe your Access Badge to sign in or sign in without a badge by selecting Access without a Badge and enter your username and password.
- Confirm payment and cost center information; select Access (Note: you can make modifications to your payment/cost center values under your Account at thermofisher.com).
- The Supply Center door will unlock; open the door and remove the product(s) you need.
- Close the Supply Center door, select Done on the screen. An email order confirmation with details of your order will be sent to you.
8 - What if I selected an item in error?
9 - What if the product I need to order is not at the Supply Center?
- You will have to order that product directly through Guided Buying.
10 - What if there is not enough of the product I need to order?
- You will have to order the total amount of the product you need directly through Guided Buying.
