Report an animal health emergency to Veterinary Services (VS) after hours or on holidays or weekends by phone or through EnCCoMPass.
- Phone: Call (212) 746-1022 and your call will be handled by an answering service available 24/7. The answering service will provide your contact information to a RARC staff member that is on-call 24 hours a day. Please provide a brief description of the emergency and be available at the number that you provide to the answering service so a Veterinarian can reach you.

Report an animal health emergency to VS during business hours(Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM) by phone or through EnCCoMPass.

You may also call 212-746-1022 and request that a Veterinary Technician or a Veterinarian be paged. You can also call contact the Veterinary Services Manager at 212-746-1167 or a Sr. Clinical Veterinarian at 212-746-1077 or 212-746-9265. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE FOR A RARC STAFF MEMBER IN CASES OF EMERGENCY. If you cannot reach someone at the first phone number you try, call the other phone numbers listed here or follow EnCCoMPass instructions below.
