WCM-Q is part of Cornell University and functions as an entity of the WCM-NY Office of Conflict of Interest.

Study-Specific Conflicts of Interest

All research team members, external and internal, who will be conducting human subject research in collaboration with WCM-Q must complete the WCM-Q COI Study Specific Report (SSR) form regardless if they have any relationships to disclose.

For animal research, all external animal researchers (other than WCM-NY, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center) who are listed on grants as subawardees must complete the WCM-Q COI SSR form regardless if they have any relationships to disclose.
