Join us on March 28 for our next CTSC ARCH workshop, when Evan Sholle and Marcos Davila will speak about OMOP, a model for storing, representing, and analyzing real world data, including data from the electronic health record. EHR data can be stored in a wide array of formats depending on its origin, and OMOP offers a universal language used for a number of high-profile observational data efforts (including the All of Us research program) and easily accessible to statisticians and researchers.
About us
Architecture for Research Computing in Health (ARCH) is a suite of tools and services that ITS and the CTSC maintain. It is designed to help researchers safely and effectively use electronic patient data. CTSC ARCH Workshops are held on the last Thursday of every month.
