Join the All of Us Research Program and help speed up medical breakthroughs.
The All of Us Research Program has both an online portion and an in-person visit portion.
Given the Covid-19 situation, we are temporarily pausing all in-person/walk-in visits.
Program enrollment is free, open to anyone over 18 and participants can still begin enrollment by completing the online portion as follows:

2. Give your consent
3. Agree to share your electronic health records
4. Answer 3 health surveys
