At WCM Cores Day, the Genomics Core Laboratory will highlight recent updates and advances in its genomics services. The presentation will feature state-of-the-art, high-throughput second-generation (short-read) and third-generation (long-read) sequencing technologies, single-cell sequencing using On-Chip Multiplex (OCM), and protein analysis through Olink PEA technology. The session will also provide an overview of key applications for these platforms, emphasizing how they inform experimental design and support a broad range of biomedical research.
